Friendly, approachable and professional staff. Large rooms but a bit dated. Deco can do with an upgrade! Reasonable prices though.

Located in the centre close to shops, cafeterias, bars and restaurants. Banks are close by. Only a 30 second walk from the river. Cozy place to stay.

Great hotel. Friendly stuff, huge room including a fan and a small mini bar (really small), wonderful giant bed. Shower is great as well.
Decent breakfast and good location, I'll be back!

I wish there were more hotels like this one; an independent, family-owned hotel with a high standard, lots of character and top service. A short walk from the town centre and a stone's throw from the river walk. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful without being over the top. I ordered the cheapest single room they could offer and did not regret it. Larger than expected and lacking in nothing. Appreciated the free make-your-own waffles in the early evening.

We stayed at Hotel Fredrikstad for 3 nights (not Quality Hotel Fredrikstad). Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was brilliant, a lot more than we expected and the room was nice and cosy.

This small, private hotel is notably calm, friendly and the atmosphere is so good, unlike some of the big hotels. Excellent service, large room, superb breakfast and superfriendly staff!
