Historic and beautiful hotel. Very nice and informal owners, very helpful and even giving hiking examples etc
Rooms are modern yet authentic, a bit small, but I would like to call it cozy! Best hotel we had in Norway so far. The bathroom was up to modern standards.
The food is delicious as well :)

Lovely little hotel at a scenic place. Friendly owners that help you where asked with advice on day trips. The food is lovely and (with a Norwegian perspective) not expensive at all. I definitely see myself returning to this place.

Great hotel for our 3 days break on the lake's side. Rooms are beautiful. Lorentz and Emma are very nice with their guest. The restaurant offers very good breakfast and dinner. Free coffee or tea at the reception. Very nice walk to do around the village.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. The room was quaint, the views we're spectacular, the food was delicious, the service was great, and the price was right. Will definitely return on future trips to Norway!

Great hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful with a great view but not too secluded. The owner is very helpful and speaks English quite good. You get a flyer with activities you can do including a beautiful walk of an hour to a waterfall close by. The food was very good but there is a set menu (with a fish or meat option). Breakfast was good and for 60 kr you can make a lunch to go. A cup of coffee or tea is free. The room is big enough but there is no TV and the bathroom is small, wifi however is perfect.
