  A fun place with very friendly wait staff. Great selections of local foods. Locally sourced food seems to be a passion. Selections like elk and sheep sausage are fun to try and very good. Tavern style atmosphere. Loved it!

  Great food and even better views of the beautiful village of Hemsedal. We enjoyed locally sourced food including lingonberries, raspberry pie and Elgkarbonader (moose). If you are staying in Hemsedal then put the Cafe on your list of places to dine and if you are just passing through then make this your choice for a lunch or "middag" as they say in Norway.

  Very good food (had the moose meatloaf sandwitch), but tge dish was a bit small. The table was also very dirty and there were loads of flies, which was annoying.

  Great food. Menu is a bit limited in English, but don't let that stop you. The beef wok is good, as is the Falafel wrap. I had something Norwegian that was chicken and potatoes.. It was good.
  Loads of skiers eat and drink here
