Renting process was very fast and organized, which was nice.

First pair of boots I was offered was worn out (a whole seam had come undone, ruining stability and would let snow right in to my socks). The attitude when pointing this out was bad, but at least I got a pair of other boots in better condition.

On to the board. I noticed directly that it had been cracked and pointed that out. The dude claimed that it had been repaired and Im no expert so I accepted it. After a couple of runs I noticed that it was behaving strangely, "biting" into the snow. After getting the board inspected by an experienced friend it was deemed "totally worn out and should be thrown away". I went back with it and got another that was much better, but even so, DONT RENT OUT BROKEN OR WORN OUT STUFF!

Getting crap like this when starting to learn (for example) would make it impossible and possibly make people give up. Getting crap like this when at my level (intermediate) can be directly dangerous.
