No real bar at the hotel. Had to enjoy the evening beer in the reception area, in the middle of the entrance

Koselig hotell, veldig spennende lokasjon ved festningen og hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Men stor forskjell på romstørrelse. Fikk selv et veldig lite og særdeles sparsomt innredet rom, uten TV etc.

Very clean. Excellent view of the fjord and town of Halden. Like the fact that it's not part of a chain but a locally owned and operated Hotel. The service feels personal.
