I would rate this hotel more a 4 star than 5 star hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, good location and huge rooms. Our room unfortunately smelt very bad. They were aware of the problem but were unable to fix it. It was coming through the air conditioning vents. Because of the smell I wouldn't return as I understand it's an ongoing problem. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel.

Excellent hotel with moden look (a bit too moden in some rooms). Either big or small rooms depending on GHA membership status and availability.

Interesting interior. No possibility to pay by debit card. No reaction to complains on room issues (electricity, water, cooling system, etc.).

Got an upgrade to a bigger suite, which sounded nice, but this room (410) clearly showed signs of wear and lacking maintenance. The suite was huge, but poorly lit and very heavy/masculine (black/brown/dark red) interior for the specially interested. Overhead shower head was moldy (yuck!) - the handheld shower was very dirty (see pics), lots of questionable stains on the couch. Breakfast ran out of bread, milk etc. an hour before closing time (what remained was quite OK, nothing out of the ordinary). Really comfy bed, but overall it didn't seem like anything had been done to maintain the standard since the launch ten years ago, except for very light surface cleaning. The very least a guest expects for this price is proper cleaning. Improvements desperately needed.

Great location only 10 minutes walk from the central station. Modern design and very spacious rooms. Could be cleaner, we checked under our beds to see if we had forgotten anything and there was a thick layer of dust wich was very off-putting. Otherwise great! Would stay here again.

Nice location, big rooms, and very friendly staff. It was very easy to get around, and definitely enjoyed the stay.
