This store has very good service when it's not busy. But on Friday evenings and Saturday evenings it can get crowded. There are long waiting lists for service. The poor reps are tired and can get cranky. However there is a good choice of electronic goodies. The reps are very helpful and offer good advice. They will match net prices if you ask nicely.

My favorite Elkjop store, it is big and you get a good sense of what they have for sale. The staff are friendly but sometimes it feels like they are not sure how the computer system works because the products always seem to be out of stock. I have never had any problems with returning items or getting them repaired.
