Large store. Service-minded staff.
Have to love Black Friday; bought a large fridge and a dish washer a few weeks before BF. Both on sale at BF. Had to go there to collect the refund, unfortunately.
Also I got a top of the line 75" TV.
Totalled at 37% off.
Not bad.
Thank you, Elkjøp.
Splendid service, large store with good selection of wares and good prices
Nice place bit pricey though occasionally a good offer here and there
Have mostly all the electronic devices you need at an all right price. Nice and friendly staff
After picking out a few network components I got tossed around the shop when I asked for a plug that converts three pin phone socket to RJ45, until I was routed from computers to the telecommunications department.
After the clerk had looked in the exact same places I already managed to check myself while waiting 15 minutes for my number to come up, said they couldn't possibly have it anywhere else and that they stopped having them because they sold too few of them to keep the item in stock.
When I asked if he had suggestions on what to do, or perhaps who might have such a plug, the answer was straight out "Use the Internet". I didn't find that cool or funny, but he was obviously proud of his remark, since I needed the plug he didn't have to connect to the Internet.
With that level over service I left the already collected components for 1000+ nok I intended to buy in addition and left.
Next store I tried had everything and spent no time having fun of my needs, even though they weren't called a Megastore.
Very well prepared staff, gives you option to buy returned goods for more than 50% discount.
Flagship store. Large selection. Very many TV models on display.
Big store. Possible to get good deals if you haggle with the salesman
Great selection, friendly, helpful staff. Parking could be better/easier.
A good store with tons of articles and people with expertise, but they're operating with two completely different prices for their product - one online, and one offline.
I.e. A Bose QC25 headset is 2995kr in the store and 2495kr online. Now that might sound nice if you know about it, but what about the others who doesn't and who shops there in good faith? This is pretty misleading in my opinion.
