they promised me to use max. 10hrs, but finally charged 13.5hrs.
the lights they installed were not function properly and also forgot a job, so they came again to fix. this should be their responsibility, but they simply charged me. after communication, they said to cut 1.5hr. If I didn't complain, then I have pay all. and the materials they charged is also too much even I don't know what is it. and they never told me it will use so much. I try to call them, but they just don't pick the phone, and want to leave as it is.
they even terrify me to go to court if I don't agree
