When we were trying to find a worktop for our kitchen, the choice fell on EasyStone. This is primarily because they had the most information and great deals on their website. We could set up to check approx. What the price is going to be. A number of practical questions were answered well and quickly by both inquiries by e-mail and by tel. Even in corona times, we got to see the countertop in their showroom. Have experienced them to be professional and flexible. When we now had to re-order some more bone plate, it was done without any problem. Here we have received good quality, professional help and the best thing was that the delivery came in less than a week. Highly recommend them!

Very happy with both quality and price. Skilled fitters, solution-oriented employees and good communication along the way. Physical surveying and planning of worktops before production. The fitters arrived at the agreed time and were very service-minded. The quality and appearance meet 100% of expectations!

Are you interested in good customer service and professionally executed craftsmanship? Then I would choose a different supplier than Easystone!
Additional comment after response from Easystone:
a) The worktop was invoiced at the regular price, however 20% on surveying / adjustments, as well as easystone's fixed discount code.
b) Survey according to standard (3-5 days).
c) Order was confirmed by Easytone on November 9, and installed on December 14. Not faster than expected?
Further:
1) No, accusing us of false complaints is quite ridiculous. After delivery, we saw that the worktop could be delivered in different gloss levels on their website, as this did not appear in the price calculator. You refer again to the production sketch where it says "Tasapind - polished". Will almost dare to say that "Ola Nordmann" does not know what "tasapind" is for something - at least not us.
2) The picture below says it all. We do not advertise on any miss - but a clear arc at the edge of the plate.
Easystone invoices its customers in advance, thus violating both the Accounting Act and in addition making it more difficult for customers to complain after the item has been delivered. It is thus the consumer who is left with "black money". We were clearly informed by Easystone that the record would not be put into production until the money was in the account.
