  On their website it is mentioned that they wash the old tires, but after they opened my tires, they told me that the washing machine is broken and they cannot wash the tires.
  This created problems for me as I had to put dirty tires back in the car and bring them to a fuel station and wash them myself.
  If your washing machine is broken, write it on your website or inform your customer before you open the tires.
