Fenomenal service, great location. Biggest draw backs is somewhat outdated rooms. No electrical outputs close to the bed. Would consider this a ***/**** hotel.

Well located hotel, next to the cathedral. Nice bed and armchair, but there isn't a mini fridge in our room (in other rooms there is). Breakfast is just normal, I didn't like that milk was coming from a machine instead of a bottle. Also, tea selection is poor, but everything else is fine, especially the diced fruit. Attentive staff and free tea and coffee anytime are appreciated.

Great location, very good breakfast. Smaller room and bed, but good bed. Bit hard to find the right way to the hotel. Parking a good walk from the hotel. Lack of available rooms when you try to check. Might have to wait for a room even after check in time has started. Happened twice now.

We booked the 1-room apt for a 4-person family. It has a fold out sofa and a kitchenette. Ask the reception for kitchen utensils. Friendly staff. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Add breakfast for NOK 75 per adult and NOK 50 for children under 12. Location is great, near downtown sites.

This hotel has one of the best locations in all of Trondheim. It's very central, within walking distance of everything you need or want to see. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We were lucky and got upgraded to a junior suite with view over the park. Some other rooms face the street, but the hotel still felt nice and quiet. The breakfast is very standard, but still good. Would recommend.
