It was a nice stay, with a big hotel room, and a generally nice place. Problems with getting hot water in the shower, though.

We had an excellent 3-night stay at this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the wifi is reliable, and the amenities are plentiful. They provided a buffet breakfast, an afternoon snack (yummy waffles, cream, cheese, and fruit), and a buffet dinner each night, all included in the price. I appreciated having a gym and sauna on site and a washer/dryer for guests to use. Even the laundry soap was provided for no additional fee. Don't miss the view of the Trondheim Fjord from the windows of the gym and the outdoor patio on the 6th floor. The service was consistently friendly. Great location, too. It's an easy walk to the Torget, to the Cathedral, and to the beautiful buildings along the river.

Love ❤️ this little gem of a hotel! Staff are wonderful and friendly from the moment you arrive. YUMMY waffles, jam and cream, tea and coffee (to go) as well available from 3pm daily. FREE evening smorgasbord included in the price. Gorgeous courtyard for smokers. Typical scandi breakfast on offer (yummy). Pleasant room and wonderful bathroom. For the budget conscious this lovely historic hotel ticks all the boxes. Not like the dump we are in now at PHotels Bergen which has NONE of the above.

The rooms are not so clean,but is comfortable,quiet,and if you are a smoker they have plenty of places for that,the central yard is nice,and the integration of the old factory is a plus,just is not clean(not very dirty also,but when i was there i had to clean the toilet myself,and the floor obviously was not vacuumed)

Excellent rooms and service and all within walking distance of downtown Trondheim. Also their complimentary meals are lovely for when you feel like staying in. All in all a lovely and affordable experience.

Coolest hotel ever. Free dinner breakfast and c ook your own crepes in afternoon. Room clean and nice. Best in Trondheim in my opinion.

The hotel is placed in a narrow street away from the main streets, so there are not much traffic around the hotel. But this street is also the party street in Trondheim, during weekends there can be some noise from nightclubs and pubs nearby.

The room we got first wasn't cleaned, so we got a another room at ground level. The room had good noise isolation so we weren't bothered by any nightly activity. We had 'moderate double room' and it is simply a decent room with a bed and a desk with its own bathroom. Nothing extravagant, for those looking for a more upscale place to stay, try Clarion Collection Grand Olav witch is just nearby.
