Very, very handy, flexible and cheap hotel. check in and check out is done with a machine, which also spits out a WiFi Key. the rooms are clean and cozy and the bathroom was very clean. All in all, best hotel in Norway if you'd like to just sleep somewhere

Stayed twice in Citybox Oslo due to transit from Stockholm to Bergen. Some salient comments

    1. Rooms are very small.
    2. Ventilation of the room is very poor and forced to open windows, but outside is quite noisy with trams.
    3. Room size were not standard - some were smaller. I got a very small room and another day a slightly better one
    4. Wifi for corner room were not good
    5. Bath drainage is poor, toilet will flood if shower is on for slightly longer
    6. No daily room make up

    Other than that,
    1. Staff were very friendly
    - Not rigid as you can request for additional towel/pillows
    2. Location is good
    3. Price is reasonable.

Thus if you are not so budget tight and is staying at Oslo for a longer period, suggest to pay slightly more for better hotel. For short stay, I would recommend it.

Well, it is inexpensive. If you asked for details - we are going through a refund due to incorrect booking. And this is not managed smoothly at all. Although friendly enough from the hotel manager's side, I would not pay once again to enjoy the process. Thanks go to the reception guys who solved the WiFi connectivity challenge)

Simple accommodations, spartan furnishings, welcoming Citybox host all add up to a pleasant enough experience. This is a low frills hotel, so those accustomed to a higher level of service should look elsewhere.

Awesome hotel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The suggested breakfast is way overpriced. I recommend going to Saga Hotel (3 blocks away) for breakfast at 100NOK.

A very budget friendly, self - service hotel. I really liked their concept. Near Oslo Station, 2 min walk. A good location.

We were only here for one night so unfortunately we didn't get to use the facilities that they offered but before we checked out, I realised that they have all the good facilities such as microwave, kettle and even fridge and printers which are super convenient for travellers. They also have a restaurant / cafe next to the lobby which seems decent thought we didn't try. It is really high quality considering the price we paid which is around 70£ per night for a standard double. And it is right around the corner of central station which makes it so much easier to arrange logistics. Highly recommend this place!
