We came to the hotel and booked it for a night while the hotel manager told us that we could book it for one more night before 12am. When we came to book it againin 11 in the morning she told us that the hotel is fully booked and from this moment she began trying to kick us out from the hotel while it was raining and she knew it will be raining for the rest of the day and we have no car or a place to sleep in. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE!

Good hotel for one night before setting out on the Bessengen Ridge hike. Buffet dinner was nice and we were able to pack a lunch from the breakfast selection the next morning - they provided paper and bags for packaging sandwiches etc. Staff were very friendly but did not allow us to check in earlier than 4pm.

We stayed in one of the bigger cabins at Bessheim. The cabins are quite old and traditional but are great to hike from. You can literally walk out your front door and start hiking to Besseggen or Glitterheim. Would definitely advice the three-course meal in the restaurant.

A comfortable room with cute bedsheets and a wide open view of the landscape outside.
A wanted to write a review because of the nice staff. Especially a specific one who was nice enough to give me a room even after they had closed for the evening because of my terrible planning and a closed road which had gotten me in a bit of a pinch.

The breakfast had a wide variety of things to choose from which was more than enough for me to start the next day.

I highly recommend and will visit again sometime.
