Perhaps the most professional car rental customer service team I've ever encountered. A couple days into our week-long rental, we realized that we had paid Avis for collision and theft protection that was already provided by our credit card company (AMEX). Our initial call went to the manager's mobile phone on his day off and he spoke with us nevertheless and then called us back when the office re-opened the next day. After spending a total of about an hour on the phone with us over different calls, in the end they not only worked out the collision waiver issue, but they also found a rental package rate that was about $400 cheaper for the week in the end.
