In the same way as last autumn (and the previous year), I was received for examination according to the agreed time. The doctor/radiologist had plenty of time for a conversation about my state of health before the actual examination started. While the examination was taking place, the status was thoroughly explained to me, and I got answers to things I wondered about. After the examination, the doctor reviewed the patient note with me. A particularly good and thorough examination that I do every year because I know that any morbid changes in internal organs can be detected that way long before symptoms have to occur.

Experience being greeted in a professional and friendly manner. During the entire examination, the radiologist explains what he sees. In the end, you will receive written documentation of what has been investigated, and possibly what findings have been made.

Hadde full helsesjekk hos Gunnar Austad som undersøkte grundig.
Han forklarte hva han undersøkte og hva som ble funnet.
Funn samsvarte også med CT-abdomen tatt tidligere.
Legen virket sympatisk, profesjonell og oppdatert.
En fordel med Ultralyd er at man slipper kontrast og stråling.
Undersøkelsen tok ikke lang tid.

Var hos Tor Austad på ultralydsjekk mot kreft. Han gikk grundig til verks og sjekket det som kunne sjekkes. Valgte han da jeg har lest en del artikler om hvordan han har identifisert mulige kreftsvulster i et tidlig stadie som ikke vanlige leger har oppdaget enda. Fikk god tilbakemelding med at alt var i skjønneste orden. Hyggelig, effektiv og grundig. Kan absolutt anbefales!
