  I was there to do the necessary paperwork and vaccination to bring my dog overseas. The clinic managed to screw up 3 times so far, with the paperwork for the blood test not being delivered, mistake made on the date of vaccination and a further screw up to rectify that problem.
  
  This is already a tedious and expensive process and any clinic / veterinarians would know how tight animal control in airports are. Any mistakes made could potentially have your pet denied entry into another country, be kept in quarantine or worse! All of which would cause serious emotional and financial distress to the owner. For them to do such a shoddy work is totally unprofessional.
  
  As mentioned in the previous review, there is a long waiting time to making an appointment by phone and when you show for the said appointment. Totally unnecessary and not worth the fees that they charge pet owners.
  
  If you haven't stepped into the clinic before, don't! If you are a customer, please consider switching to another clinic. I am stuck with them for this entire endeavour to bring my dog overseas and i am seriously regretting my initial decision to choose this clinic. Bad reviews are there for a reason.
