My partner called for a viewing of Verlengde Grachtstraat 35. He requested a viewing on a Saturday. That was not possible last Saturday, according to the real estate agent, because both the owner would move and a tenant who would move into the house. An option was taken for Wednesday, but a call back would be made to see if viewing the following Saturday was possible. That call back did not happen and he only received a confirmation for the Wednesday. Wildveen thus showed itself to be unreliable for the first time.
He has just viewed it alone and the real estate agent on duty said to his surprise that the house has been rented to the owner's sister for several months. There was no moving at all last Saturday.
I get the strong impression that Wildveen is not prepared to work on Saturdays and makes sure that interested parties cannot come and watch (together). An attitude that probably arose during the overheated housing market, but is not very useful today. Not calling back is also not very convenient, especially not for a house that has been on the market for three months (for the top price). If we ever have a house to sell, we will certainly skip Wildveen.response / report this review -

Great help with the purchase of our home. Received good advice and our real estate agent Mr. Vellenga is ready for us at any time. If there was something, it was picked up and dealt with very quickly, with all the various matters that come with the purchase of a home. Always available on whatsapp/call. We definitely recommend this broker.

I don't recognize the other review at all. Hedman Vellinga helped me tremendously. Sober and realistic and very good thinking and searching, so that we can now buy the house we fell in love with.
Not a single appointment has been canceled and he is easily accessible on both the app and his mobile number. I recommend this office to everyone!!response / report this review
