The quality of the buffet was above expectations. Friendly, helpful and even funny staff. But I do think pre-cooking neat and fish before stir-fry in the same water is a bad thing.

Nice breakfast, decent room (even for the budgetroom a large shower and a large tv). Even though on the map it doesn't look like it, still quietly situated.

Spacious rooms, free parking, free fast wifi. Superb food from the room service menu. Friendly staff. Only downside was no air conditioning in the room so it was very warm and had to leave the outside door open to cool the room.

I stayed one night as I was on my way to Brussels. The rooms are big and clean. Bathroom has all you need and clean.

Breakfast is rich and tasty. Fried Eggs are made on spot.

There are no shops around so you will need a car/taxi if you plan to get outside the hotel. The hotel is outside the city close to the highway.

Tip: Try to ask room close to the reception as rooms can be quite far from dinning room and reception desk.

My experience with food at hotels is that it's generally not so good. Van de Valk in Goes did positively surprise me with a very nice meal and excellent service. The atmosphere is nice, although it's a hotel setting of course. Definitely recommend this.

Van der Valk hotel in Goes it's very nice and clean. Good food at main restaurant, bar food is very limited. If your stay for 1 night I would recommend this place. There aren't many attractions near this hotel, so if your looking to explore I choose a better hotel.
