I love the staff here. They very helpful and friendly. I bought quite a bit of souvenirs and was able to get good information about where to visit and what to do while in the city.

Perfect place to get any information of Groningen😜 Nice and knowledge people working here✅Be sure to buy a pollet coin to enter the Martini Tower just around the corner😇 You can climb to the top of it with good views of the city and the insights of the tower itself 😍

Excellent place to get some recommendations for places to see and things to do. You can even book tickets using the in-store computers. Helpful staff and a nice selection of local souvenirs.

The steps on the back side of this building are a favourite meeting place and chill spot to have lunch on a sunny day, where you can watch the happenings of the Grote Markt from a great view point. The tourist office is helpful, if the merchandise is rather expensive
