I experienced the best customer service while I was looking for my wedding rings. I know how demanding I become when I'm going to spend money but thankfully Mr.Dietze was patient with me by answering all my questions, double-checking them to be flawless and delivering them on time! I wanted them to be simple but beautiful,handmade and not another piece from a factory, and to be ready within a few weeks. Mr.Dietze managed to meet my expectations. I definitely recommend him!

Hans did a fantastic job on our wedding rings and in double fast time. It’s always best to under promise and over deliver in my book. We had left things a little late but the rings were promised in time for the big day and then were ready 2 weeks before that. The service and craftsmanship were both excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

Hans' storefront is 2 doors down from our home, and I have to say that I had never noticed it before we started looking for wedding rings. Am I glad that we did - Our wedding rings were specially crafted right in our neighbourhood by Hans, which made them extra special.

Our experience with Hans was a very personal one: he took his time walking us through his pieces, giving us the story and background on the designs and alloys that he uses. Knowing these details gave us a closer connection to the pieces, and made our decision process much easier. I recommend Hans for bespoked jewelry, unmatched service and craftsmanship.

We were looking for a piece of jewelry to celebrate our anniversary and vacation to Amsterdam. I wanted something very simple with a modest price point. Hans was so sweet in helping me find the perfect piece. All the jewelry in his shop were beautiful and of high quality material and design. I would definitely come back and have a custom piece designed, when the time comes. Highly recommend Hans and his jewelry. He also mentioned he was willing to ship the jewelry anywhere.

Hans is a wonderful man, you won't regret going there :) I found Hans' shop on Google search, and I was impressed. I am definitely going back there! When looking for a goldsmith to make our wedding rings, we visited all the goldsmiths one can find in Amsterdam through Google search. Most were good but they just didn’t hit the spot, something was missing. We weren’t convinced that they can make the wedding ring we will love. It took us a while but then we found Hans. The e-mail communication with him was swift, direct and honest. When we visited his workshop and saw his lovely work, listened to his advice and heard about what he can do for us, we knew we found our goldsmith. We were very much impressed about his attention to detail and his knowledge. We placed our orders almost a year ahead from our wedding day and Hans communicated us right on schedule throughout the process. Thank you very much Hans for making us the wedding rings we truly enjoying wearing.

Beautiful, very high quality jewellery and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service - Hans actually opened specially on a Sunday afternoon because it was the only time another client could see him. He also did a tricky repair on a ring with huge sentimental value to me and was very keen to make sure that I was fully aware of the risks involved so that I could make an informed decision before going ahead.

We were also absolutely delighted with the truly lovely new rings he made for us and I would not hesitate to use Hans again for bespoke jewellery. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We could not of asked for better service when we went wedding ring shopping! We cannot recommend Hans Dietze enough! Hans was friendly, honest, helpful, genuine and a real expert, we immediately had a fantastic feeling that we did not hesitate to order our wedding rings through him!
Do not look anywhere else in Amsterdam! Just head straight to Hans Dietze!

Hans Dietze hat schon mehrere Aufträge von uns erhalten. Seine Arbeit war jedes Mal hervorragend. Er arbeitet pünktlich, genau und schnell. Er ist jedes mal aufs Neue bemüht sich voll und ganz einzusetzen. Sein Service entspricht ganz unseren Erwartungen.oder übertrifft diese sogar. Auch in Zukunft werden wir uns gerne wieder an ihn wenden!!

Ik was op zoek naar iets bijzonders. Een sieraad voor een speciale gelegenheid. Via de website kwam ik bij Hans Dietze terecht. Ik moet zeggen, dat was eigenlijk een gelukstreffer. Hans heeft een prachtige collectie zoals iedereen op zijn site kan zien. Maar dat was niet het enige. Ik heb bij hem een uitstekende service en advies ervaren. Hans is uitermate attent en ik voelde me in zijn winkeltje erg op mijn gemak. Toen ik weer buiten stond, wist ik zeker dat hij een bijzondere ring voor mij zou maken. Dat gaf mij op dat moment een heerlijk gevoel. Ik had er alle vertrouwen in. Nu, enkele weken later, is mijn sieraad klaar. Een werkelijk beeldschone ring. Het was alles bij elkaar een zeer fijne ervaring. Ik had mezelf een groot cadeau gedaan!!

Got a very good and honest advise by Hans Dietze what to do with the heritage of jewelry of my mother. Hans is very experienced (the shop is there for 32 years), friendly and modest. Beautiful jewelry and many possibilities to make a new design in consultation with Hans. Absolutely worthwhile visiting this cute little shop under the Westertoren or to contact Hans for a discrete, creative and serious advise.

He laughed at me after weighing my old engagement rings at how light he thought they were. I thought that was inconsiderate and inappropriate behavior for the situation. With regards to the price paid for the rings, it was maybe in line with what can be expected but I would not go back.
