In 2016 Chef Justin Brown set up The Chippy in Amsterdam. Being British Justin wanted to recreate the classic Fish and Chips he remembered from home with his own little twists whilst still remaining traditional.
Expect Local Fish, Proper Chips, Beer Batter, Vinegar Salt and Fried Mars Bars.
In 2020 The Chippy is Relocating to Miami, Florida, USA.
