During a routine dental cleaning, a young female dentist has severely damaged a plastic on a previously broken tooth, I heard it crack. Even though I warned her that the particle is a fake and she had better be careful there.

The dentist said nothing strange had happened and less than 10 minutes later this particle came off. The young dentist had consulted with another dentist that it was not possible to damage pasted pieces of fake teeth. Quite striking that people don't take a look but decide in consultation that it can't be done. You can see that there are scratches on it and that the piece is simply missing.

Pretty strange all. A bit of an unconsciously incompetent bunch. I had to pay the cleaning bill. It wasn't that much, but obviously it doesn't fit with proper service.

PS. I had it repaired for €900 at a specialist dentist in Amsterdam.

A money wolf! A dentist who acts purely for the money. I was diagnosed with him, and he thought what the previous dentists had done was wrong and everything had to be redone, while this is unnecessary. He had asked for an amount of around 3 thousand euros! While I have a few cavities and tartar and a broken tooth. And when I replied that I don't want to do the treatments, he threatened that I have to pay the cost of preparing the plan! While legally this is free!
Never deal with this dentist. I checked with two different dentists about the plan this so-called dentist has put in place to make sure he is a scammer. Because I never just write a review.

One of the worst experience of my teeth life.
I give 1 star because I can't give 0.
This is regarding a conflict between me and the dentist (M.G. Zaanen). Around middle of January 2021, I visited the dentist for a regular yearly check-up and cleaning, I never had complaints.
During the consultation, it was told that 3 small caries were found, but rather little. I was told that pictures should be taken (and paid for), which I accepted, and the treatment done. Nothing major was found on the pictures. However it was not a regular treatment of a carie, but it was very active and painful, a lot of manipulation of instruments, I never experience such a treatment. I understood that something was wrong. One of the caries was on a tooth next to another tooth with a fixed crown (tand kroon), and a strong pain started on this tooth. I called back the day after with the pain to have it looked at and it was mentioned nothing to worry about, that the pain would go away or to take paracetamol.
In the meantime, I already discussed plans to have braces placed on my front teeth. The new appointment for braces took place and again pictures were taken, where an infection was found on the painful tooth with a crown, so it was clear for me that the crown was touched and damaged. The dentist then said that the braces could go ahead before the infection of that tooth was treated. Then another dentist took over (M.G. Zaanen) and started a treatment of the damaged tooth, where no costs were mentioned. I assumed that no costs would be issued to us because the mistake was done by the first dentist. Mr. Zaanen was touching my tooth for an hour or so without any anaesthetic. I was in so much pain that I had that pain on my cheek for a week. As apparently the work took very long, the temporary crown wasn't placed that day and he sent me home without anything. I was very very upset and he started shouting at me and told me to leave with such a pain. I had another appointment to discuss the braces I was going to put on but he didn't want to discuss it as there were people waiting He was very rude and disrespectful towards me.

We received a bill of 858.56eur for the temporary crown and another approx.. 450eur for the fixed crown (still to be placed). The job was not finished and I was not told about the costs.

It is useful to say that the temporary crown fell of a couple of weeks ago and that the dentist refused to fix it.

Totally great!! I could quickly go for an inflammation in the jaw, first I was calmly explained what was going to happen, the dentist gave extra explanation during the treatment and regularly asked whether it hurt.

RIDICULOUS! I recently visited and found that there is an inflamed molar with a swelling. Since I have no pain, I am expected to walk around with this for 2.5 months because the equipment was not there. called the next day if I could go to the oral surgeon for a solution for the molar. This was not a good solution according to the dentist, then I could MAYBE be called after 3 weeks because a colleague had the equipment but no time.. I requested the photo that was made at the time because they could not help me. Then later I am indignantly called that the trust has been lost, while they cannot offer their services. Will I get a silly 20 euro consultation after that. for the referral with a derogatory email. They don't even deserve the 1 star It seems like they don't want to lose sales and let me (maybe others too) sit for a long time instead of being objective that 2.5 months isn't realistic. Called my previous dentist and I was able to visit the same week (as it should be).
