Everyone is helpful here, from the hygienist to the dentist to the lovely ladies at the reception. I definitely made the right decision to come to this practice ☺️

I am suffering from some chronic diseases and going to the dentist always stresses me out but not here. It is spacious, they take their time, never feel rushed. Always take their time to listen and understand and have the best equipment and staff. They are evertyhing I wish and need from a dentist.. thank you so much for helping my teeth!

the receptionist today was not helpful and quite rude. she doesn't know how to explain the services provided (as simple as different cleaning appointments and durations) and didn't try to look for answers. she made a wrong judgement on my insurance, which she only confirmed 2 weeks later on my appointment day. on top of that, she made a dentist appointment instead of cleaning, I guess she didn't pay good attention when I explained why I look for a new dentist. eventually she told me to look for other dental service provider, and of course that's what I am gonna do. what a great employee to deal with clients!
