  Family of 4 from London spent 10 days camping here in August. The camp site is large, very clean, the shower block is modern and clean although the showers are limited to a paltry 6 minutes ! (which was a rather hard for my wife to wash her hair). Most patrons are Dutch, Belgian or German and friendly but the site is exclusively organised for those languages although most staff speak good English. The site offers bike hire which is so ideal for the local area as it is so flat, although don't ask for the handlebars to be higher/lowered as they seemingly cannot do anything. There is a reasonably priced bar and restaurant on site although beware last orders for food are an early 9pm! What was excellent was the good wifi provision across the site, but what was annoying was the sites inability to take MasterCard or Visa, they only take cash or Maestro.
  
  Finally a lovely white sand beach is 5 minutes walk away, which also has the marvellous Puur bar restaurant upon it.
  
  To make the site better I would suggest site is crying out for its own internal/external swimming pool which an improved bar could be sited around for adults to watch the kids.

  Nice spot, very close to the sea. The infrastructure is clean and modern. But 30€/night for 2 Person and a tent is pretty expensive

  We go camping quite a lot, and Strand Camping Groede is definitely one of the nicest camping sites!
  
  When you arrive, the reception gives you a site map, and circles the pitches that are still free. It is good to have a walk around and check the pitches first, as the pitches range from complete rubble to complete grass. We were motorcycling and had a tent, so we picked up a nice grassy slot.
  The beautiful shore is only a stone throw away.
  
  The site itself is huge, but the many trees and bushes create a cozy feeling and you can find secluded and quiet pitches. There are plenty of water fountains and buildings with toilets & showers. There is even toilet paper, and 6min hot shower included - no need to buy tokens :-)
  
  The place is well maintained, and exceptionally clean. I have not seen this clean toilets, shower & washrooms for a long time! The staff are very friendly and helpful, in the reception, the restaurant and the supermarket. The food in the restaurant is tasty.
  There is even free wifi, which works from the pitches!
