Zeer onvriendelijke, onprofessionele en inadequate medewerkers. We hadden alle kamers in de B&B gereserveerd en op de dag van aankomst kregen we te horen dat er extra bedden op de kamers zijn geplaatst zodat één van de kamers aan een ander kon worden verhuurd. Tevens zijn de faciliteiten zoals genoemd op de website niet of in mindere mate aanwezig (zoals de "keuken", welke bij nadere uitleg een ruimte met magnetron blijkt te zijn).

The rooms have no toilet/shower inside, there's only shared facilities. That fact is conveniently hidden in the list of room "amenities". Breakfast is quite poor, with not much food and little choice.

Zeer smaakvol ingerichte B&B met mooie ruime schone kamers. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd met verse producten. We hebben al geboekt voor de prachtige guesthouse in hartje Leeuwarden. Aanrader. +++

Geweldig verblijf gehad in guesthouse de rozenboom. Een aanraden. Hartelijke ontvangst, schoon en midden in het centrum van leeuwarden.

Nightmare! Very unpolite and unhelping owners! Apartment is not in the condition as on photos. But whats the worst, after our departure owner stealed extra 250 euros from our credit card! They did not give us any reason for it and when we tried to contact bank for complaint, they answered its for our empty bottles from wine, which we bought in supermarket! They dont even know what is in their minibar, how could they, when they dont even welcome you when you arrive! Also they said they had to clean shower curtain for 50 euros from makeup, which is just funny probably they are not used to wash it in washing machine from time to time Plus ofc nobody came when we arrived to apt, so there is no any prove, makeup on it was from us. Evidently they just needed some money to clean up little bit better after long time, so they tried to steal it from random customers. Liars and thiefs, beware of this apartment, it's terrible that somebody misuses your credit card this way, would not recoment it to anybody!!!
