Luxurious rooms in beautiful setting. I'm marking myself out as a Brit here but there's no kettle in the rooms. So if gasping for a cuppa on arrival is your default position, pack your travel model and bring teabags.

The location is very nice, the view on the city is beautiful and unobstructed. However, the location is mostly what you pay for. The room is too small: their is no chair at the desk (won't fit one either), the closet can't fully open because the desk is too close to it. You can't use the sink without spilling because they placed a large shelf directly above it. You can't fill a small bottle at the tap because it is to low. The bathroom is small in general, can barely sit at the toilet without hugging the wall next to it. There is a large mirror, which you can't stand in front of because furniture blocks this location. The bathroom door cannot fully open because it is obstructed by the room entry door. There is 1 low chair, placed at such a location that it obstruct 1 bed side, and if you move it, you can't use the drapes. There is no place to hang clothing, only in the closet that can't fully open..
Additionally there is a minibar that has a pretty annoying continuous sound too it.
The breakfast was nice, the restaurant has a perfect view. However the eggs were not boiled (maybe a minute) and was completely fluid. When we requested a new hard boiled egg, we got some that were still mainly fluid, so we gave up and left to eggs floating around the dishes.
In general the personal is friendly and the location is great, however, overpriced for the room facilities.

Great location, nice view over the river and over Deventer. The standard meeting room coffee is terrible but fortunately they serve coffee as well. Lunch is very good.
