Upon arriving at the hotel we received a great reception. Exceptionally traines employees showed us everything we needed to know. The room was clean and luxurious and the bed was really comfortable. We booked a wine and dine arrangement that came with dinner and breakfast - both above standards. The only point of critique I'd have is the sudden parking costs of 10 euros per night we didn't know about in advance. Overall great experience.

We were disappointed with the hygiene of the room. For a 4 stars hotel, a lot of dust, dirty bed cover, no coffee and tea facilities, terrible little sauna, shower not practical. The room was too dark. The service was good, breakfast was standard. We hoped to have a better experience.

Location is awesome because it is close to the station and in walking distance of the center. Service is great as well as the rooms. Wonderful hotel.

The room was too extensieve, given that it lacked furniture and was rather dark. The breakfast was ok, but service below standard (a lot of things ran out). The parking space is overcrowded and, again, too expensive.
