Delightful place to stay particularly if you are on a walking or cycling holiday as it is right on the edge of a national park. Some rooms are in the older buildings whilst other rooms even in the more modern buildings could do with a refresh. However the rooms are very large and comfortable and clean and quiet. There is an excellent lounge area, gardens, space to park your cycles under cover. A very impressive wellness centre with Dry steam room, wet sauna, and swimming pool. The only thing I would criticise was that breakfast was too expensive for us.

When we arrived, we waited for 10 mintes at the service desk before someone showed up (after we looked around asking for someone). The room was alright, but the mini bar was empty. Breakfast was very standard, nothing special. After we went swimming in the evening I left my bathing suite to dry in the room and forgot to pack it when we left. I called in the next day and they called back the following day to tell me that my bathing suite was nowhere to be found. I found this very strange, as I had pointed out exactly where I had left it. They did not offer any compensation, just told me they're sorry I lost it

When we arrived, there was no one at the service desk which we found strange. Rooms were okay, nothing special. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Location is very nice.

The room needed more light, but otherwise basic. The bed was comfortable. There is an indoor pool with a sauna and steambath. Quiet place surrounded by greenery with ample parking space.

It is a very nice and quite hotel. It offers fre Internet, pool, sauna breakfast is nothing special but ok. Around the hotel is a lot of nature. When you wanna go to the city you better drive

Very pleased with our stay. The room was nicely decorated and everything was in hands reach.They have a pool and wonderfully wellness. Great hotel if you want to go hiking in the Veluwe

Fantastic hotel, well appointed and modern. Staff are very professional, helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place. The old part of the hotel dates from the 1700s- very cool and full of history. The restaurant is also very good, breakfast was fantastic. Only drawback was that our room did not have a minibar, otherwise very nice.

We've spent a long weekend at this hotel in October 2015, and it was super nice. The beds were too soft for us, but maybe that's just personal preference. We were there between school holidays, so it was really quiet, we had the sauna and swimming pool almost just to ourselves. Their kitchen is FANTASTIC, and I'm not saying that lightly - ever. We've dinner there the first night, and we could not get ourselves to try anything else in the vicinity ;-)

Service was professional, smiling, open and helpful. Everything was so very elegant and shiny, but they didn't make you feel uncomfortable with it at all.

You can take relaxing walks around in the forest, have a nice massage and/or a facial in the hotel It's just perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were extra lucky, because although the weather was pretty fresh, the sun was shining and the autumn colours were just exploding all over the place. I'd definitely go back if I could, every other weekend ;-)
