My balcony's drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate. After a short phone call I had an appointment with RSS at short notice. Today the mechanic, a friendly boy, arrived on time. He was professional, nice and fast. The drain is now working fine again and he has also given me tips on how to keep it that way. Five stars for this employee! ^ _ ^

I used this company to get help to unblock my toilet. Before/After nothing changed but they asked me to pay. I was told "Our guarantee: no success, no payment" but this is a lie. The company asks you to pay without solving your problem!
