Generally it's ok gym. Lot of different equipment for all your needs. Depends of your level and what doesn't make you feel bad there are few things I don't like at all. Literally, weights are all over the gym! That's disturbing me big time! Members are not returning them to place where they should be after exercise! They just don't care! Dumbbells are out of schedule as well. Apparently the towels are not obligatory even if the rules are clear. Those are basic rules of every gym in the World. Staff is ok, but they need to educate members on those facts mentioned above.
Hope that you will fix those issues.

The staff wouldn't let me in for a day pass
because I didn't have ID on me. First time I hear this nonsense. They didn't warn me about that when I called them beforehand.

Good size, it's clean and plenty classes to choose from. Busy round 19:30 to 20:30.

Love the location, dislike the customer care.
If you are an expat in the Hague and unsure of how long you're in one place, I recommend you to compare and consult before signing your membership there. Unlike some gyms, they do not have an exit plan for people with special circumstances at the moment, hence you're expected to pay all your fees even if you leave the country. So my advice is to have your questions answered before making a decision.
