Don't be fooled by the inconspicuous exterior, this place serves some of the best food I've had in Amsterdam. Great selection of wines and the service is exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!

The "zwezerik" is lovely as is the Black Angus. I also had some great vegetarian dishes, like the egg. The portions aren't big, so it's okay if you eat a snack before dinner ;-)

Amongst the meal I've had in Ams! Go for the chefs menu with wine pairing. You'll be delighted with every dish + wine served. Great service. Came in Jan and again in April, waiter remembered us!

Very good food, perfect for special occasion. Had 8 courses, every dish was amazing, but black angus short rib and white chocolate dessert were the highlights of the evening for me.

One of the best restaurants in Amsterdam! Had an amazing 5 course dinner with wine pairing and everything was exceptional. Including the amazing service, never had better..

What a treat! Delicious food (they did not get that Michelinstar for nothing!), and wonderful staff. It was my birthday and I was spoiled rotten. Truly a great experience

If you have a special occasion (or want to eat really nice food) this restaurant is perfect! The chef can arrange a special menu for you but make sure you get the rhubarb & yogurt dessert! Damn
