No five stars. For the kind of restaurant you expect perfection, surprise. Surprise was certainly available food wise. Perfection was not: lighting, service, music, For a star restaurant they should aim for a higher level and it's just a bit too casual for that.

One of the few places that truly challenges the traditional restaurant experience and manages to attract new types of customers for the world of gastronomy.

Very nice culinary experience. Not cheap at all but really worth it. Very friendly staff and you feel completely guided through the cylinder adventure. The wines were just a perfect match with the plates.

Very interesting food and menu. Expensive but of quality by all standards. Staff nice and friendly. once they know you can afford it tough.. i was told at arrival that the place fully booked and no place for one single walk in then place in a corner like a bad boy.. bullshit.. screening at the gate screening for what! Loosing money potentially and creating big bad mouth like mine anyway 300 euro experience, 100 euro California bottle that i can buy at home for 40 that is the down side.. Michelin you do more harm than good???

Worst Sushi! Sushi wasn't fresh and the service was bad. Bad experience overall!

The dishes and wines are excelent as one would except from a one-star restaurant. The price-qualitu ratio could be a bit better compared to other comparable restaurants.

Been there a couple of times and can't recommend it: my requests to lower music had to be repeated several times (and received an inappropriate answer when I asked the first time, then was just ignored 2-3 times), waiter interrupted our conversations without hesitation time again to introduce wine, and only addressed my husband, when I asked for the invoice the waiter only brought it when my husband was back at the table and gave it to him only. Food deserves strong praise and service needs an urgent make over, including how to treat women in 2016.
