Our RE/MAX broker, Martin Pereboom, is a very flexible and personable professional. I believe his support with with finding and brokering a deal on our house in Zwaag was essential to the successful outcome. I would recommend Martin if you are looking to buy a home. And being from the UK and having lived/ worked in Amsterdam for a number of years it is a big step to move to unfamiliar surroundings - Martin has helped smooth this journey. I would also recommend Olaf at Huis and Hypotheek for excellent financial advice (if only I had found such an expert on mortgages a few years ago!) This is next door to the RE/MAX office in Hoorn.

I recommend a broker like Tim van der Kruit to everyone! He is reliable, thinks along with you and helps when things go wrong. But above all, you can always count on him! We are very happy with Tim and highly recommend him! Thanks for everything Tim!

super satisfied with our broker Martin Peereboom. He is very professional and has a lot of knowledge of the market. You really feel that someone is listening to your wishes and trying to make your dream come true. Especially in the difficult times for the buyer you definitely need a good broker.

The contact with the broker, Tim van der Kruit, went smoothly and he was understanding of our wishes. He had the right attitude when buying and selling. He showed us the right approach in this overwrought market. We can recommend Tim van der Kruit on all fronts, his results exceeded our wildest expectations. We would like to heartily recommend Tim van der Kruit.

This is not a fancy broker.
Daughter and friend made an offer on a house via a bidding letter, this was possible until Friday 1 pm. At 1.30 pm they were called and congratulated, they had made the highest bid. The joy could not stop, meanwhile everything put into operation called a financial man, other viewings canceled etc. After the weekend the provisional purchase contract would be signed.
However, at 4 pm another call from the broker, he indicated that after the closing time of the bids a higher bid had come in, so unfortunately you did not become it, or you still have to make an offer, higher than the mentioned amount by this broker.
We know that we can't do anything with this legally, after all, there was no signature yet.
But a code of conduct seems appropriate to me, until 1 p.m. Bidding is a deadline after all.
We do not think this is a chic promotion from this broker.response / report this review -

Internationale makelaar organisatie opgericht in 1973 en inmiddels sinds 1997 ook actief op de Nederlandse woning markt. Het kantoor in Hoorn was in het jaar 2000 een van de eerste RE/MAX kantoren in Nederland. Inmiddels zijn er 95 landen Wereldwijd aangesloten en 33 daarvan bevinden zich in Europa.
