I have bought a Mitch backpack last summer, because i loved the concept of a reflecting backpack. Sadly the outer coating got off very easily, because is very thin. It is made in China and the price was very high for the quality: one hundred sixty euro.

I bought a Tommy work bag a few years ago. Nice and expensive bags, terrible post-sales service. It seems that you are only focused on the image and don't care about the quality. Where can I send a complain please?

A very cool shop that sells products of its own brand: clocks, bags, hats. You may also find here travel notebooks, pens, perfumes, socks, belts The music is great and the staff is very friendly! What a lovely spot in Amsterdam

Sunday. 12.05. Visited especially today as we have purchased here before. Very disappointingly a new sign (not there on Friday when we checked the door times as we passed by) proclaiming closure for a team day.
Maybe discussing better customer service for this is non existent example. Open the times you advertise. Simple job.response / report this review -
