Unfortunately my order did not arrive on time.
The return label did not work, in the end had to pay for it myself.
After a few months I still have not received my money back.
Hard to reach, phone is not answered and emails are not responded to.report this review -

What good service! Never experienced. Unfortunately, PostNL did not deliver on the promised date. The relevant store employee came to personally deliver the ordered products at the last minute! And when the product was delivered, I didn't even have to bother to return it! I was allowed to keep it as compensation. Although I didn't think that was necessary, it still shows enormous customer friendliness!
