Socially mixed park, beautiful to walk and jog. Check out the playground design! And make sure u get a coffee at the nicely designed Generator Hostel within the park

Really beautiful park in Amsterdam. There's a tram stop close by so it's very easy to get to. I prefer Flevopark however if I'm going to visit a park in the East. This is a traditional city park.

You can imagine the residents from nearby psychiatric hospital (now hotel) plotting their escape through this luscious park, over the bridge, skipping the statues, to autumnal freedom.

Day @Oosterpark area? Have breakfast at bar Bukowski, visit Tropenmuseum, drink coffee at Bru or Rum Baba, do a local brewery tour at Brouwerij het IJ, chill in the park then have dinner at Biertuin x

Aside from being a great place to go for nice walks, running, or picnics, Oosterpark is also the place where you'll find the National Slavery Monument and the Theo van Gogh memorial.
