Michel immediately picked up the phone, listened to my story and gave a tip to solve it yourself. That was worth gold in the end after everything I had already found on the internet. Problem solved and in the end he didn't deserve anything from it. Absolutely great! If we need a plumber in the future, he will be at the top of our list.

They were at the door a good hour after I called and the problem was solved in 10 minutes. $99 seems to be the standard rate.

Drainage from the sink and dishwasher stopped running. Tried to fix the unblocking with HG and an unblocking spring. No success. Made an appointment with Riotec, the men were flexible in booking an appointment. Once inside, the problem was resolved within 40 minutes. No extra costs were charged for this. Thanks!

Waren snel ter plaatse maar dat is dan ook alles. Oude rioolpijpen hebben we, nadat men was vertrokken, teruggevonden in onze tuin, tussen de planten! Bij het afrekenen wordt de techniek van het 'overdonderen' toegepast. Druk uitoefenen om direct te betalen. Kosten die veel hoger uitvallen. Zonder overleg extra mankracht en materiaal laten komen wat achteraf helemaal niet nodig bleek te zijn. Na het indienen van een klacht over de methodes van Riotec hebben we niets meer van ze gehoord. Niet mee in zee gaan dus.

Zeer snel ter plaatse, deskundig, vriendelijk en in goed overleg de problemen opgelost. Tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs, dus zeer tevreden!
