Amazing customer service.
I came in the get my tires changed but my brakes where bad and he didn't want me killing myself, he wasn't pushy but genuinely worried that I would hurt myself.

He even gave me a loan of a bike while he made the repairs, probably wouldn't do that for everyone but that is defiantly worth a 5 star customer service rating.
