Very good to have Prenatal, COOP, InterToys, and BrainWash in this location in one place. Not so big but lovely shopping center.

The stores are fine, but the molenpoort itself is rather ugly and lacks ambiance. I come here for the stores but definitely avoid this place if I don't have to go here.

Be careful to pay imediately when you park there as the parking is not free. 63.30 EUR. Fine for not paying attention .

Well situated close to train station. Good local restaurant near by and the odd coffee shop. Also located fairly close to the river which is nice to walk back from the city along it. Often events happening.

The shop rents in Nijmegen must be astronomical because so many shops are closed now in central Nijmegen. This goes for the Molenpoort. You end up with all these pop-up/short lease places that sell the stuff you just don't want or need. There are several established places, like co-op, Xenos, a nice traditional cafe, which keeps the crowds coming, but if they don't cap the business rents in Nijmegen center it will be a place full of boarded up shops and streets full of tumbleweed.
