Very bad food quality and also not clean restaurant

I ordered food last night and did not receive it. Called multiple times but no on answers. I want my refund because I won't be at home the whole day if the food is being delivered. This is outrageous! Never will order at this place again!

Ordered food online and never received it. Called back an hour later to check on the order and they said they are closed and didn't deliver the order because my contact number was an American number and they couldn't call to confirm the order.

Terrible service. My husband ordered a pizza, but since it had not arrive within an hour, we decided to call. The lady on the phone informed us that they were busy but instead of providing us a estimate time of arrival, she got into a verbal argument with my husband and told us to pick up the pizza if we couldn't wait for them to deliver. You should spend your money somewhere else if you don't want your night ruined by this establishment.

Ordered a pizza for 18 euros from a place that is 16 minutes away from me. Waited for over 2 hours. Called 12 times until they finally answered the phone. The girl said "come pick it up if it takes too long ". This place does not give a damn about their customers. They don't seem to need the money either or they would try to please the people that order a pizza.
My advice to everyone who wants a pizza in the middle of the night, DON'T ORDER HERE!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! THEY will NEVER DELIVER YOUR FOOD!!!report this review -

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant for a year, as I'm living singly and am lazy enough not to cook at home! :)) It's actually a big one, with take-away, delivery and sitting options all separated in various but adjacent places. The food was always too hot and spicy, despite telling them not to put pepper in it - due to allergy concerns, and they never listened! Also the last thing which happened and was catastrophic was their misbehavior, when I ordered a Kebab-meal at the take-away shop, and the retarded guy didn't even send my order to the kitchen!! I was waiting for 45 minutes when another personnel came and excused their neglect! But it was too late, got my money back and never went there again! Not recommended indeed!

Food is nice but service is terrible. I ordered a turkish pizza and after a halfhour wait it wasnt rolled in dough and just in the aluminum foil
