Good pressure reducing pillow and fast delivery

I placed an urgent order and it was mentioned that it will be delivered the next day. However, it was not and when I called to check with customer service all they said was sorry. I had bought a yoga mat for a class and it is terrible that I could not manage my class, so I lost the money that I had paid for the class as well.

Ordered product would be delivered the next day, however, they cannot live up to that, unreliable and therefore a bad thing!

I ordered two pillows. These were delivered quickly, unfortunately they did not meet expectations. I sent them back, under the conditions as they had been set, and also had my money back neatly and without problems. In my opinion, therefore, a professional company with good service.

Ordered a pillow. This pillow turned out to be way too hard and uncomfortable.
Without having used it further, I sent the pillow back.
The conditions state that the product may be returned + the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Now during my pregnancy I have been e-mailing and calling back and forth for 2 weeks with MediPreventie, who refuses to refund my money. It is claimed that the pillow is' completely damaged 'while it may not even have traces of use'.
Still waiting, but this is of course a bad service at most.response / report this review
