I realized in the third week that the laptop I bought (costs around 1200 Euros with an additional insurance they offered us) was defected. When I brought the laptop back to the service center and ask to be replaced with a new one, first they asked from me to bring the outer cartoon box, then they said that they can not chance because there are scratches on the screen (which really I could not see). The last and the funniest thing they said was `the box should not have been opened and the laptop should have not been used to be able to change it with a new one`!!!??? How come I can realize that there is a problem without opening it?? Also they could not reply the question of `How can you be sure that these scratches were not there from the beginning?`. No answer They are kind until you buy your product, then no one considers about your rights. Unprofessional organisation, rude employees, it was my last time to buy a product from MediaMarkt.

Very large electronics store right in the center. Can sometimes find very good deals as well. there are free lockers for bags by the entrance upstairs and the store accepts cash ir cards. Have been here to buy camera equipment and they have quite a few accessories and cameras.

This store is wheelchair accessible. Right in the city center. Tough security, but they do have transparent lockers for you to put your stuff in (free of charge). A lot of selection, even has separate parts for Apple and Samsung products, with staff specialized in those products.

Huge Media Markt in the heart of Rotterdam. Location couldn't be better. It is always clean, products are organized and customer service is surprisingly useful, although some times they end up reading the box when you ask a question (something you could do yourself).

If you are going to buy from A MediaMarkt, you should buy from this one!

Like every other media markt really. Nothing special here. There's a big selection but chances are they don't actually have what you want unless the thing you want is popular. Been there many time wanting to buy something that they have on fisplay but not in stock. Good if you want to go see and feel the thing you want to buy though.

Helpful staff. We were looking for a certain lens for our camera. It wasn't available in that branch. The sales oetson searched for and located it in another branch. Then we went to pick it up as we were in hurry and couldn't wait it to be delivered.
