The store has two levels and seems spacious and brightly lit. On the second level there are game machines set up for people to try out. They were all being enjoyed by boys.
I went twice to this store to look for tablets, bluetooth keyboards and laptops. Many of the price and specifications tags are at waist level so customers can't read without twisting the tag and sometimes breaking it. I don't want to stoop or crouch to look at the information on so many tags.
The staff are not helpful. Maybe they are not properly trained or supervised. Don't go to this store unless you have a lot of money and don't care what you buy. Not recommended.

I don't know why they have done this, but the last time I was there the whole building smelled amazing!? Like a fancy hotel. Anyways apart from that. The staff are always really friendly and knowledgeable. The shop itself has a huge range of stuff too.

Staff members are overall nice, but not all of them are (as) experienced. Prices are a little on the higher side, but it's still worth it. I do enjoy the gaming area although it's lacking in the gaming assortment.

Salesmen not professional and not helpful at all. I was looking for a cover for my phone, none of them were helpful i was waiting at their desk and they were talking instead of helping me. I had to ask the lady at the reception who was very professional. I would not recommend this MediaMarkt.

I have to agree what everyone has been saying here. Sales representatives are nice and helpful but you will experience the WORST customer service ever when you try to bring back a faulty item.

This happened to me and I really regret my choice buying such an expensive item at Media Markt Eindhoven. I bought the newest iPhone 7 Plus here for €1019 and tried to bring it back WITHIN the 2 weeks.

- First time customer desk:
Because the weird behaviour my phone was having was not persistent and would should up like twice a day and sometimes even skip a day, I could not show the employee at the service desk my problem. Yet he was helpful and told me to try to make a video of the weird behaviour so he could take it back as an faulty phone. I agreed and did not wanted to make it hard for him. He wrote a letter of what he said.

- Second time customer desk:
I showed another guy the video I made of the problem and he strongly agreed that it was a faulty iPhone. Asking me to get the original packaging so he could return it for me. I went home and grabbed all the packaging. All the items in the packaging were still unused: adapter, charging cable, headphones etc. They were all new.

- Third time customer desk:
This is how it all started. The old and thin bald guy did not believe me and said that he had to go through some procedures to determine that my phone was faulty. Even after showing him the letter I received from him colleague and the video of proof. He said that their technicians had to use my phone all day to determine the problem. And if the problem didn't show up I would get my phone back and he wouldn't take it in for me. While the video CLEARLY shows my problem.

At the end I have requested the manager but somehow he left one hour earlier so I went to another person and she was willing to take in my phone.

The bald guy treated me as if I was lying while my video of proof clearly shows the problem. Seems like the people working at the service desk do not work with the same procedures. Nonetheless, all these things caused me a lot of trouble and had cost me a lot of time. I do not recommend.
