Good place. Lots of electronics. Very few things you can't find here
Large, organized and tidy. Only downside is that some merchandise isn't immediately available, and you would have to order it ahead of time online and then pick it up. I bought a new tablet here the other day. Staff were helpful and quick.
I love the Mediamarkt stores. But not this store. It's not big. But they have a lot of items in there. It makes it feel really claustrophobic. Also the store just looks a little shady. And thats not where the Mediamarkt stands for. Hope they will make it better!
You'll probably find what you're looking for within electronics and white goods. You can also order the same on line, we bought a dishwasher that they didn't have stocked in the actual shop. Generally speaking service in the shop is good although sometimes you need to run after service guys to get their attention.
Good selection of electronics. Fair prices. Service is above average. Friendly.
Good customer service, lack of some product that shows online though, still hope more type of laptop
People are very helpful, busy but helpful. They got good deals on electronics and offer tax free shopping once a year!
Quality goods at best price. A wide range of electronic products including home appliances, mobile phones, sound systems, gaming consoles, laptops and accessories, portable audio and video devices, television and many more.
It's a MediaMarkt, now what?
Okay, I've been always been treated well here both by sales and service staff. Nice people! And I think it's pretty neat that there is a direct entry from the CityParking garage; it's kind of a drive-in MediaMarkt.
Terrific selection, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had to exchange a product that I'd already opened and they have me no hassles
It's a good store as far as Media Markt's go. 3 floors packed with home appliances, TVs, cameras, laptops, phones, and all sorts of other electronic gadgets. The place can be very crowded weekend afternoons. If you don't like big crowds, then best to go right after opening hours or right before closing. When checkout queues are horrendous on the ground floor, it's worth while checking the checkout on the basement floor - it is usually much less packed with people.
It's a good place to find electronics. But there's always more options and better prices online
Is one of the biggest stores in its category, a lot of sales people on foot ready to help compared to some other places and I managed to get what I wanted at a price lower than competitors due to a promotion. The honesty of the sales assistant may sound as if they are only trying to sell you a more expensive product, but when you are asking for the a lot, sometimes they are just right and for their input I am thankful.
Electronic store with a large variety of products. Each department has a helper who is more often than not busy helping other clients. Long opening hours and good prices.
I was on my way to pay when a sales person came running after me asking if I wanted to have an invoice. This guy previously was too busy chatting to help me when I was looking for help, but when I was nearly at the till with a quite a large purchase he decided I was worthy of his time. So, naturally, I asked what the benefit would be. He told me I don't have to have an invoice, just it would be nice. I asked would I get a discount, he said no.
I declined, because clearly he was trying to get commission out of a purchase he had nothing to do with. He just cost me a minute and killed my excitement for my new video game console I was about to buy.
The lady at the till was nice though, and when she asked had I received an invoice I happily said no.
