Arrived 5 minutes to 12 on a Sunday while raining. Big text on the windows 'open daily from 9'. I see people inside, they see me. A billboard is placed outside (another sign it would be open) but it is semi-blocking the door so I think the other entrance should be it. Locked. Still walking around the place in the rain.

I knock on the door, people looking at me as if I'm crazy. Voice behind me, I think the owner, can I help you? Yes, I'd like to go in for lunch? I get that look as if I'm crazy again and get pointed to a minuscule text about openings on specific sundays from 12.

So... Don't advertise daily if it is not daily. Then, if it is 5 to 12 (opening time) and it's raining, apparently it's ok to act as if someone is crazy and should have known better *and* te decide you can't enter. Owner even seemed happy I said then I'll find another place.

Suffice it to say I will never go there again. And if this way of treating people is a template for overall service, beware.

Heerlijke tent, of je bij oma thuis komt, interieur en personeel top. De erwtensoep meer dan geweldig. We hebben zelfs 2 liter mee genomen naar huis(A'dam). Zaterdag komen we terug, zetten jullie de soep klaar?

Heerlijk likeurtje bij de koffie .
En service is GEWELDIG !!! Stoot zelf me koffie om en kreeg gelijk een nieuwe aangeboden met weer zo'n heerlijk likeurtje.
