Ten days ago I payed to get a copy of a manuscript that I was looking for since 2016. they got the money and never sent me any email with a receipt or any additional information. I sent five messages to three different employees, no one answered yet! They also charged me $10.35 never told me about it neither an explanation of that transaction.

A huge but also cosy and comfortable library. Includes private (individual) study rooms, as well as group rooms where you can talk and train presentations.
