Bad administrator, I have already had 3 from the office, very inhumane, not taking unexpected changes into account, exercising power position. Just following rules, but everyone knows that life doesn't always go according to plan.

I have been with Kompas for eleven years now, I am very satisfied with my administrator P. Spa, I can reach him by telephone until twelve o'clock, and I can email him in the afternoon, I am now debt-free, and my weekly money is always received on time. receive a neat statement every month of what they have paid, via email, and how much money is in my account. a buffer is also built up for unexpected costs, and every year it is also examined whether I am also eligible for tax remissions and extra assistance. I have been a customer of this organization since my early twenties. Due to my circumstances and illness, I was in a lot of debt and my financial situation was a mess. Now I am almost 40 years old and my financial situation is healthy. By working with the organization I no longer have debts, I have saved for my future and I am glad that more attention is being paid to my personal background. By using video calling I got to know my new administrator. I am also satisfied with the contact and the space available about requests for extra withdrawals, saving for the future, payments of my fixed costs and my independence with internet banking, which is really important now, in connection with the corona measures.
