  Fabulous! Jitty really is a master hairstylist. He has cut my hair twice in the last few months, and it is always perfect! I feel that the cut suits me and make me look my very best. I am getting another one in a few days and I can’t wait.
  
  Also, my hair is very fine and it usually looks too flat. But Jitty layered my hair very well and kept the length as I want to grow it longer. He used a product in my hair (not hairspray), that gives it lift without it being sticky. It looks fabulous and I finally feel that I’ve gotten “the cut” that’s perfect for me.
  
  He cuts my husband’s hair too, and did such a good job that I wanted him to cut my hair! I recommend you get a haircut from him, you will be happy!

  Very pleasant experience from start to finish and a good quality haircut. Valentina took great care of me, first sitting down to ask what kind of haircut I wanted and then giving me a soothing head massage while washing my hair. We had a nice chat while she cut my hair and I'm definitely happy with the end result. Cherry on the cake is this place is considerably (at least 10€) cheaper than most Amsterdam hairdressers so I will surely be back!

  Good hairdresser, I am very pleased with the result. Opening times are great, booking system works and overall experience in the studio is very pleasant. No five stars yet, because I really would like to know if the quality is consistent, but my first visit is really promising. After a five year search, I just might have stumbled upon “my” hairdresser. Keep up the good work!

  I made an appointment to get Californians highlights with one if the owners if the saloon. When I got there the person was on holiday and they put me with another one..when I asked for the Californian highlights she didn't even know what it was I had to explain it..and in the end they didn't put what I wanted but what they wanted. They put blond color in medium part of my hair and I had to pay 175 euros for that horrible color...never coming back..

  Just got a new hairstyle, my hairdresser Evangelia was great, very kind listened to my request and specifications and delivered exactly what i was looking for.
  I had an amazing experience

  Update : Ronald contacted me immediately after getting this feedback and offered his apologies and wanted to make up for the treatment I got during my first visit. Needless to say, I was really pleased that he took the time to listen to my feedback, and was concerned that I should have a better service. He offered colour and treatment service to prove that they really have good service. I was able to make an appointment and was given really good treatment. I especially liked the gentle hair wash and great hair blow treatment by Sam and am really pleased they want to give fantastic hair service to their customers. Thanks so much!

  I was recommended to this place by a colleague, and was looking forward to my first time having my hair cut and coloured in Amsterdam, so needless to say I had high hopes. Also the website promoted happy hair days, so I feel I should provide some feedback.
  
  The cut was nice, and the stylist had nice recommendation. The wash was nice with the massage chair, but the neck area was not good which gave me a bad neckache for days after that. The colouring wasn't done properly as it didn't cover my whites as they promised. The price that was quoted was higher than what was mentioned over the phone when I called to make appointment.
  
  I tried calling Jitty to give this feedback since the website said it would do its best to make customer happy, but the guy who picked up the phone wasn't happy after listening to my experience. He even said he was too busy, and sounded annoyed. It's sad that the happy hair guarantee is just a marketing ploy :/

  I'm from Australia and needed a haircut badly! I just didnt know where to go and who to see though since there is a bit of a language barrier and I didnt want to risk my long hair being cut badly. Luckily, I was happily surprised! Not only with how well my haircut turned out! But how lovely the staff took care of their customers! I had Candara and she made sure 100% i was happy with the length and cut! She was amazing. I highly recommend seeking her service!

  Made an appointment for a haircut and asked for the price when I scheduled the appointment. The price I was told at the time of the appointment was 49 euros. They applied a mask on my hair, which was nice, but they never mentioned that this is an extra charge and if I would like it. Basically they just went ahead and did it. I have mid length hair, slightly below my shoulders (absolutely not long), I ask for a regular blow out (normal drying) usually when I get a cut. Drying has always been within the price of a haircut in any salon in Amsterdam I've been to. They charged me extra for "extra drying, because you kind of have long hair"! I went it excited for a 49 euro haircut and walk out paying 64 euros, without knowing until I got to the register. For this price, I would not go back and would highly recommend a salon like Tony and Guy where you would be charged for "extra drying" when you get a haircut.
